Key Responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Agent:

Master the Fundamentals: Participate in comprehensive training designed to build expertise across key departments, including direct sales, marketing, account management and customer acquisition. Be the Face of Strategy: Execute dynamic field sales and marketing strategies that deliver results and elevate client brandsCultivate Connections: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and team members, fostering trust, collaboration, and brand loyaltyCampaign Support: Assist in the planning, implementation, and tracking of sales and marketing campaigns across various channelsMarket Research: Research market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform sales and marketing strategies and campaignsStrategize for Success: Assist in developing and implementing impactful business plans to boost brand recognition and drive measurable sales growth

Qualifications of the Sales and Marketing Agent Position:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldExperience: While 0–1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred, we're happy to train motivated candidates ready to learnDetail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyAdaptable: Ability to adjust to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyTeam Player: Collaborative spirit and willingness to contribute to a positive team environmentSelf-Starter: Proactive and resourceful, able to take initiative and work independently
