The Product Manager is responsible for building and executing comprehensive marketing plans to 1) ensure current products meet established revenue and operating profit targets

2) focus on bringing future products and technologies to market to further advance the market position and grow sales and operating profit.

The key to the success of the Product Manager is the ability to build successful partnerships with Sales, develop relationships with key opinion leaders and have the ability to modify strategies and tactics when necessary based on the voice of the customer and emerging market trends.

This position will also be responsible for managing the strategic development, planning, and implementation of marketing communications programs required to achieve marketing and sales objectives for the Canadian market.

Foster positive relationships with key opinion leaders; be the business "expert".

Conduct market and competitive research to stay abreast of current market trends, and develops and implements marketing plans to address emerging trends and competitor threats.

Participate in cross-functional and multi-national team meetings to ensure collaboration and alignment needed to support successful plan execution and achievement of results.

Responsible for the direct management of marketing tools and process.
