Field Fleet Coordinator

Acuren is currently hiring a Field Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Fort McMurrayy, AB
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on industrial environment, is organized and proactive, and wants to grow their skills while supporting essential field operations.
Position Details
Rotation/Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 hrs./day
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Fort McMurray Office (Warehouse)
Requirement: Must be local to Fort McMurray
Responsibilities
- Implementation and execution of all fleet support needs including maintaining accurate fleet and driver records;
- Scheduling maintenance and repairs;
- Assigning vehicles; tracking vehicle utilization and costs
- Creating CER's for expansion and replacement vehicles
- Perform light-duty mechanical work and assist with troubleshooting minor issues.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of related experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or a similar operational support role.
- Solid understanding of DOT policies and procedures and general fleet compliance requirements.
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Quickbase (or similar systems).
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Operationally driven, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
