Field Fleet Coordinator

Position Summary

Acuren is currently hiring a Field Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Fort McMurray, AB

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on industrial environment, is organized and proactive, and wants to grow their skills while supporting essential field operations.

Position Details

Rotation/Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 hrs./day

Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Fort McMurray Office (Warehouse)

Requirement: Must be local to Fort McMurray

Responsibilities

Implementation and execution of all fleet support needs including maintaining accurate fleet and driver records;Scheduling maintenance and repairs;Assigning vehicles; tracking vehicle utilization and costsCreating CER's for expansion and replacement vehiclesPerform light-duty mechanical work and assist with troubleshooting minor issues.

Requirements

1–3 years of related experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or a similar operational support role.

Solid understanding of DOT policies and procedures and general fleet compliance requirements.

Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Quickbase (or similar systems).

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Operationally driven, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
