**Fleet Coordinator** to support our Maintenance team by coordinating the maintenance planning for the Company’s light vehicles and all support equipment fleet. Hourly Range: $30.00-$34.00 per hour

**Responsibilities**:
**What You'll Be Doing**
**Providing assistance with the management of light vehicle and small equipment maintenance, including**:
- Tracking and scheduling planned maintenance of equipment:
- Assisting in the creation of work orders for planned/unplanned repairs or servicing;
- Coordinating with customers for repair approvals.
- Dispatching field mechanics for field repairs;
- Providing details regarding insurable incidents and administering claims.
- Procuring and coordinating parts and inventory:
- Creating requisitions for ordering parts and shop supplies;
- Processing and tracking core returns.
- Shop inventory; issuing parts to work orders out of inventory and conducting monthly inventory counts.
**Maintaining fleet and labour data tracking and reporting, including**:
- Employee billable/non billable hours tracking:
- Entering payroll information on LEM data entry sheets, with timecard creation and submission to Payroll Time Entry.
- Assisting with invoicing customers for work completed.
- Tracking work completed and associated costs compared to quoted amounts.
- Compiling reports on equipment status, location, age, and other required data.
- Providing general administrative reports, as requested.
**Other Duties as required, including**:
- Transporting vehicles between sites and Fort McMurray, as required.
- Field requests from vendors and clients regarding equipment requests, purchase order inquiries, etc.
- Other administration, coordination of duties and reporting, as requested.

Qualifications:
**What Makes You the ONE**
- Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role related to maintenance planning and coordination. Co-op experience with related tasks will be considered.
- Demonstrated organizational, administrative and time management background.
- High school diploma required.
- Certificate in Project Planning or Maintenance Planning. Related courses or work-term assignments will be considered.
- A technical degree would be considered an asset.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements**:
- Highly focused on safety.
- Competent in Excel, Word, and other computer programs.
- General knowledge of vehicle and support equipment maintenance beneficial.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Must be self-motivated, with ability to make sound decisions and function with limited supervision.
- Experienced driver with clean abstract.
Summary:
