Each day we’re expanding our horizons and as part of our growing team, we are looking to hire **Field Coordinator**:for our multiple Projects/Outages/Turnarounds/Maintenance in the Fort McMurray Region.

Position**:Field Coordinator**

**Requirements**:

- Manage multi-disciplinary jobs of hourly and contract tradesmen employed in the repair, adjustment, modification, removal and/or installation of plant equipment and facilities and ensure the integrity of work execution
- Monitor contractor performance management
- Assist with materials or parts sourcing and procurement for found work and/or break-in’s as needed
- Oversee safety audits, promote safety initiatives and assist the supervisor with chairing morning toolbox talks and safety meetings
- Investigate maintenance-related incidents and implement findings
- Communicate the daily work plan strategy with your supervisor and ensure jobs are in compliance and executed according to the job plan with relevant quality control processes
- Work with quality assurance / quality control personnel to ensure maintenance of standards
- Have multi trade background leadership experience an asset. Engineering degree or Certified Journeyperson of a relevant trade is a must.
- Participating in large Outages/Turn Arounds an asset

Location: Fort McMurray Region

**Flights** from Calgary and Edmonton as well as **camp** provided.

**Salary**: $40.00-$58.00 per hour
