This is a commission only sales position with a high percentage payout per contract.

Average sales person earns $30-$50 per hour worked.

Technica Pest Solutions is expanding and looking for a highly motivated commission-only B2B Sales Representative to help grow our commercial client base. This role focuses on selling pest control services to restaurants and other businesses.

We're looking for someone driven, persuasive, and confident speaking with business owners face-to-face. If you're motivated by uncapped earnings and enjoy selling solutions that businesses genuinely need, this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit restaurants and local businesses to introduce Technica's pest control services
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new B2B clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and managers
  • Identify service needs and present tailored pest control solutions
  • Report daily activity and manage lead follow-ups

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience (B2B or door-to-door is an asset)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation

Compensation

  • Commission-only structure
  • Uncapped earning potential — you earn a percentage of every contract you bring in

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $20.00-$60.00 per hour
