Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales and have a passion for building relationships with clients. This role involves engaging with businesses to develop new accounts, manage existing relationships, and drive sales growth. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct negotiations with potential clients to close deals effectively.
  • Manage accounts by providing ongoing support and addressing client needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for lead generation.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on progress.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and customer requirements.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to cater to a diverse clientele.

Skills

  • person should having experience in plastic processing machines like Mixers,Shredders,Granulators
  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully.
  • Experience in business development and account management.
  • Familiarity with technology sales and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent analysis skills for interpreting data and making informed decisions.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales processes.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction at all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and motivation.

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: $34,646.20-$40,000.00 per year
