Job Description: Healthy Leg Day Sales Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Healthy Leg Day Sales Representative to join our team as a contractor. This is a commission-based role with a flexible schedule, ideal for a self-starter with a passion for health and wellness. You will be responsible for providing engaging and informative "Healthy Leg Day" sessions at various healthcare facilities. This role is based in Central/Northern ALBERTA.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Healthy Leg Day Sessions: Lead and facilitate educational sessions at hospitals and long-term care facilities.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and engage new contacts and facilities to expand our reach within the territory.
- Client Management: Work collaboratively with our team to schedule and coordinate sessions.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain and update client data in our Hubspot CRM system.
- Goal-Oriented: Strive to achieve a target of at least 6 Healthy Leg Day sessions per week and/or $50,000 in sales per month.
Compensation and Benefits
- 100% Commission-Based: Your earning potential is directly tied to your sales performance.
- Tiered Commission Structure:
- Sales up to $40,000/month: 20% commission
- Sales between $40,001 and $49,999/month: 22% commission on the amount in this tier.
- Sales of $50,000+/month: 25% commission on the amount in this tier.
- Flexible Hours: You control your own schedule and work hours.
- Expense Reimbursement: Up to $40 per session for approved expenses (e.g., snacks and refreshments).
- Independent Status: As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your own tax remittances. We can provide resources to assist with this process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in health, wellness, or a related field (e.g., nursing, physiotherapy) is a strong asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and grow a territory.
