Position Overview

With our head office in Innisfail Alberta, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow our customer base across Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan . This role involves field sales, relationship building, territory management, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently while representing our brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a sales territory across Alberta BC and Saskatchewan
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
  • Conduct onsite visits, product demonstrations, and presentations
  • Track activities and opportunities using CRM tools
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, or customer meetings as required
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets

Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of outside sales experience (industry experience an must )
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout AB/BC/ SK
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
