The Role

We're looking for a high-energy, good-vibe gal to join our team as a Front Desk & Spa Concierge You'll be the first smile our clients see when they walk through the door, setting the tone for a fun, unforgettable experience. From greeting families and booking appointments to painting tiny nails, helping with parties, and spreading positive energy, this is a role where no two days are ever the same

What You'll Do

  • Greet guests with a warm smile.
  • Book salon, spa, and party appointments with care and enthusiasm.
  • Keep the front desk running smoothly, you're the heartbeat of the salon
  • Assist with spa services and party setups (hello, birthday magic ).
  • Recommend fun add-ons and products to enhance each visit.
  • Check guests out through our POS systems.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and happy environment.
  • Help keep things on track, from schedules to smiles.
  • Once trained, perform ear piercings for guests ages 3+.
  • Be a Lizzy Lee brand ambassador.

  • You're comfortable working weekdays and weekends (our busiest times).
