Sereia Day Spa is a boutique spa located in Comox, offering a relaxing, professional environment focused on wellness and personalized care. We take pride in providing exceptional spa treatments using high-quality, natural products.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Spa Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a warm personality, strong communication skills, and thrives in a customer service–focused environment. This position is essential to the smooth operation of our spa and to ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they walk through the door.

Responsibilities:

Welcome clients with professionalism and genuine hospitality.

Manage bookings and client records through Jane App (experience an asset).

Process payments and handle cash/deposits accurately.

Maintain a clean, calm, and inviting reception area .

Support daily spa operations, including laundry and retail merchandising.

Communicate effectively with fellow team members.

Promote spa services, packages, and retail products (Eminence Organics experience an asset).

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a spa, salon, or hospitality setting preferred.

Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with technology and scheduling software.

Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude .

Schedule:

Full-time or Part-time hours, including Saturdays.

Spa operating hours are 10am - 6pm Mondays - Saturdays.

Compensation:

Hourly wage based on experience.

Staff discounts on services and retail products.

Supportive, positive work environment.
