Job Title: Spa Receptionist

Join Our Team

Miraj Hammam Spa is seeking a dedicated and hard-working Spa Receptionist to join our team. As a reputable spa with a large clientele base, we're expanding our hours from 9am-9pm and growing our team.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses superior customer service skills and can mediate situations with a calm and helpful demeanor

  • Has a minimum of 5 years of customer service or management experience

  • Can continuously uphold and enhance policies and procedures to ensure a positive experience for employees and customers

  • Takes initiative and builds sincere relationships with customers

  • Addresses on-site customer issues effectively

  • Understands and aligns with our standard of providing exceptional customer experiences

Day-to-Day Operations:

  • Monitor and respond to company emails, participate in discussions, and offer solutions

  • Perform multiple roles as needed

  • Assist with the growth and development of spa management, aesthetician, massage therapists, and other team members

  • Ensure the highest quality service is provided efficiently and complete job functions daily at the highest level

  • Understand and align with the Middle Eastern culture and concept of our business model

  • Maintain brand facility standards

  • Coordinate systems and manage client reviews, surveys, and concerns within a 24-hour period or less

Schedule:

  • Must be willing to work opening/closing and weekend shifts

  • Opening Shift: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM

  • Closing Shift: 3:30 PM - 10:00 PM

  • Opening and Closing shifts will alternate
