Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive traffic, and increase conversions in the e-commerce space. This role requires a keen understanding of digital marketing trends, audience engagement, and analytics to effectively manage our social media platforms.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Create visually appealing graphics and content using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Manage social media accounts using tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor performance, and engage with followers.
  • Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee Facebook Advertising campaigns to maximize reach and engagement while staying within budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall digital marketing initiatives.
  • Proofread all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand voice before publication.

Experience

  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms for brands or organizations, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles including SEO, content creation, and audience targeting.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is essential.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail for proofreading content.
