About the Role:

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist to help build, grow, and maintain multiple brands. If you can switch from designing a clean carousel to writing captions that don't sound like a robot meltdown, and you understand how different audiences behave on each platform, then you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands across platforms like
  • Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Create high-quality visual content including graphics, carousels, reels, short videos, thumbnails, ads, and branded assets
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials while adapting tone and visuals for each brand
  • Plan and schedule content calendars, ensuring consistent posting and audience engagement
  • Monitor analytics, identify trends, and adjust strategies to boost reach, engagement, and conversion
  • Manage multiple brand identities without mixing them into one artistic smoothie
  • Stay updated on platform trends, design styles, and creative best practice.

Graphic Design & Branding:

  • Design digital ads, brochures, posters, and social media creatives.
  • Develop and maintain consistent visual identity across all materials.
  • Collaborate on campaign ideas and bring marketing concepts to life through strong visuals.
  • Create thumbnails, infographics, and motion graphics for video and online platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva wizardry that looks like Adobe)
  • Proven experience managing social media for brands or businesses
  • Ability to create clean, modern, scroll-stopping visual content
  • Video editing skills for reels, shorts, and basic promotional videos
  • Great copywriting instincts for captions, hooks, and ad text
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects without combusting
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines and the discipline to follow them
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

  • Experience with paid ads (Meta/TikTok)
  • Photography or short-form video production skills
  • UI/UX awareness for branded landing pages or web assets
