We're a small team of world-class DTC marketers obsessed with creating amazing emails that convert.

We're searching for a strategic thinker to manage and grow lifecycle marketing programs across email and SMS. You'll be responsible for flawless execution, high-converting campaigns, and data-backed optimizations that drive revenue for our DTC clients.

What you'll do:

  • Plan, build, and launch email/SMS campaigns with clean formatting, smart segmentation, and on-brand messaging
  • Manage and maintain campaign calendars — ensuring every send is queued, QA'd, and shipped on time
  • Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot flows across the customer journey (welcome, abandonments, post-purchase, winback, etc.)
  • Pull insights from data, customer behavior, and reviews to shape messaging and angles
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, offers, pop-ups, timing, and targeting
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with designers, PMs, and copywriters to deliver strong creative and timely execution
  • Spot opportunities and inefficiencies early — and propose solutions before they become issues
  • Own the full retention strategy for 5–8 DTC brands — from planning to execution to reporting

What you bring:

  • 2–4 years in a client-facing, strategic, or fast-paced role (AM, CSM, strategist, PM, marketing specialist, etc.)
  • Clear, confident communication — written + verbal
  • Ability to organize multiple projects and keep moving without dropping details
  • Strong creative instincts — you can tell when copy/design isn't hitting the mark
  • A problem-solver mindset — you take ownership, not orders
  • Fast learner—new tools, brands, and processes click quickly
  • (Bonus, not required) Experience with Klaviyo or any CRM/ESP
