Reporting to: Customer Retention Manager
Working closely with: Retention, Marketing, Data
Seniority: Intermediate/Mid-Level
TL/DR: We are looking to hire an experienced, passionate and execution-focused Customer Retention Specialist to join our CRM Team of 3.
**The Nitty-Gritty**:
The main duties and responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to:
- Identify & build target groups for CRM initiatives, plan campaigns & promotions
- Perform campaign tracking, analysis, reporting and revision of conversion, retention and reactivation plans
- Plan and design user flows for different player lifecycle stages. Work on segmentation of the customer base to identify insights and target customer segments with specific campaigns & promotions.
- Ensure that the campaign execution and delivery is completed as planned and all the relevant stakeholders are informed of performance and outcomes
- Develop and execute multi-channel ad-hoc & triggered campaigns
- Define A/B tests to verify campaign ideas, monitor their performance, draw conclusions and suggest optimisations
- Ability to work on multiple projects at a time in a very fast-paced, results-oriented environment
**Your Stats**:
- 2+ years’ experience working in a retention capacity within a gambling or similar industry
- Self-motivated; uses initiative and ambition
- Proven track record of being able to develop and execute a campaign strategy
- Great organisation, planning and prioritisation skills, with **strong attention to detail**:
- Experience of implementing, driving and managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Reporting and analytical skills
- A hands-on individual; not afraid to roll their sleeves up
- Creative flair and capability to write copies when required
- Strong team ethic, working effectively as part of a team
- Team player, sociable, and can quickly adapt to change
- Fluent English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus (Spanish/Portuguese)
