As a Client Success Manager at The Contractor Marketing Mastermind (The CMM), you'll be the primary point of contact for contractors across North America who are building their own in-house lead generation systems.

Your job is simple:

Help clients get results, hold them accountable, and guide them through our program so they become confident running their own ads.

This is not basic customer service - it's a leadership-based, coaching-driven role.

We are growing extremely fast, and this role has significant room for growth into Senior CSM, Program Lead, Operations, Media Buying, or other leadership roles within the company.

What You'll Do

  • Lead weekly 1:1 Zoom calls with your clients
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure high retention
  • Keep clients accountable to calling leads, completing tasks, and following the program
  • Review ad copy, scripts, creatives, and backend setup before launch
  • Analyze performance metrics and help clients understand their numbers
  • Coordinate with our media buyers and internal team to keep client projects moving
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide clear next steps, and escalate when needed
  • Support clients with Ads Manager, GoHighLevel, and Zapier (training provided)

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communicator (verbal + written)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Confident leading Zoom calls and coaching clients
  • Able to manage multiple clients and projects at once
  • High follow-through - you don't let things slip
  • Comfortable learning marketing tools (Ads Manager, GHL, Zapier)
  • Problem-solver who takes ownership

Bonus: Experience with digital marketing, sales, or home services/contractors.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years in client success, account management, sales, coaching, or marketing
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Confident with technology
  • Reliable computer and internet
  • Based in Ontario, Canada (preferred)

Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • Occasional evening/weekend availability for urgent client needs
  • Remote role with preference for Ontario residents

Compensation

  • $48,000 – $96,000
  • Mix of base pay + commissions & bonuses
