Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support our administrative team. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency with various office software. This role involves searching and getting job packages ready, data entry, filing, and providing exceptional support to ensure smooth daily office functions. The Office Assistant plays a vital role in maintaining an efficient and welcoming office atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office,
  • Handle filing, document proofreading.
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Assist with searching and Ground Disturbance correspondence.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency
  • Support administrative functions.

Experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Strong computer skills including data entry, proofreading, and document management
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience handling multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
  • Knowledge of office procedures such as filing, typing, and customer service standards
  • Demonstrated professionalism with good phone etiquette and organizational abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
