Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and support the growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services, dealership experience, and excellent negotiation skills. This role offers an opportunity to oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting while working closely with senior management to drive business success. The Finance Manager will play a critical role in ensuring financial health, compliance, and operational efficiency across the company.

Duties

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making processes
  • Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Lead negotiations with vendors, clients, and financial institutions to secure favorable terms
  • Monitor cash flow, investments, and expense management to optimize financial performance
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to enhance revenue opportunities
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to finance team members, fostering professional development

Experience

  • Proven experience in Auto Financial services or related industry
  • Dealership experience is highly desirable for understanding specific market dynamics
  • Strong background in negotiation, sales support, and customer service excellence
  • Excellent math skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data effectively
  • Prior experience managing finance teams in Automotive Industry
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic financial plans and execute them successfully
