Automotive Sales and Finance Manager – Used Car Dealership

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales and Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage your own customers from the first test drive to loan approval and delivery. You should be capable of working independently, collaborating within a team, or, if experienced, leading our Subprime Finance Team.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of prime and subprime financing, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Duties

  • Facilitate the loan processing and approval process for customers seeking financing options.
  • Conduct credit analysis to determine customer eligibility for loans and financing solutions.
  • Negotiate terms of financing agreements with lenders and customers to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Familiar with products and protection plans, and able to confidently present them to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, contracts, and loan documents.
  • Utilize financial software for processing loans and managing customer accounts efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to financing.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in automotive finance, including prime and subprime lending, is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations and automobile sales processes.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
