Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sub Prime Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sub prime financing operations, ensuring compliance, and providing exceptional customer service while driving sales through effective negotiation strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage financial transactions and ensure accuracy in all financial reporting.
  • Oversee the dealership's finance department, including approvals, signing and funding.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance
  • Collaborate with sales teams to structure deals while meeting customer needs.
  • Provide training and support to staff on financial products and services.
  • Maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions to facilitate financing options for customers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth in sales and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in financial services, preferably within a dealership environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • MUST BE OMVIC CERTIFIED with 2-3 years of proven success in automotive sales and financing
  • ABILITY TO WORK SATURDAYS
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
