**Job Title: Subprime Finance Manager - Automotive**

**Overview**: As the Subprime Finance Manager at Paragon Auto Mall, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating vehicle financing for customers with credit challenges. Your expertise in subprime financing will contribute to expanding our customer base while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Financing**: Specialize in securing financing options for customers with subprime credit, structuring deals to meet both customer needs and dealership goals.

**Compliance**: Stay abreast of financial regulations and ensure all financing activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.

**Relationship Building**: Cultivate relationships with lending institutions to negotiate terms and secure competitive financing options for customers.

**Sales Collaboration**: Collaborate with the sales team to structure deals that maximize profitability while meeting the unique needs of subprime customers.

**Documentation**: Oversee the preparation and accuracy of all financing and legal documents, ensuring a smooth and compliant transaction process.

**Customer Education**: Provide clear and transparent information to customers regarding their financing options, terms, and conditions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in automotive finance, with a focus on subprime financing.
- In-depth knowledge of subprime lending practices and regulations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex financing transactions.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Car Sales: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- OMVIC (required)
