We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part – Time Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing accurate order entry, completing data entry tasks, and supporting a variety of administrative functions essential to daily business operations. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter customer orders into the system and coordinate with internal teams as needed
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate administrative and operational records
  • Provide general administrative support, including document preparation
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and accessible
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and assist with coordinating office-related needs
  • Support the cleanliness, organization, and general upkeep of the office to ensure a tidy and professional environment
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the business
  • Responsibilities are not limited to the above and may include additional tasks as needed to meet business requirements

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Proficient in computer use, including basic office software and data entry system

· Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

· Proven ability to perform accurate order entry and data entry tasks

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

· Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

· One year of related administrative experience is preferred, though training will be provided for the right candidate
