is seeking a
highly skilled Office Administrative & Accounting Manager
to lead office operations and manage
full-cycle accounting across multiple entities
. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing professional services firm and play a key role in both operational and financial management.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee
    full-cycle accounting
    for multiple entities using
    Xero
    .
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and client billing.
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Support marketing initiatives, events, and business development activities.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–8 years of full-cycle accounting experience
    , preferably in a multi-entity environment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Xero
    (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian accounting standards; international experience is an asset.
  • CPA designation
    preferred but not required
    .
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
