We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations at our office. Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls as needed
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate calendars efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Handle filing systems, maintain organized records, and ensure document accuracy
- Assist with administrative support, including proofreading, document preparation, and correspondence
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area
- Support office staff with clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing
Skills
- Proven experience with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new programs quickly
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
- Effective phone etiquette and customer service skills for handling inquiries via phone or in person
- Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred, especially in medical or dental offices
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of professionalism, proofreading skills, and attention to accuracy in all communications

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
