Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Utilize computer systems for record keeping and managing client information.
  • Assist with billing and invoicing processes using QuickBooks as needed.
  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Skills

  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in computer usage, including office software applications.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Experience in front desk operations or as a dental receptionist is preferred.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
