Job Overview:

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our Luxury Nail Salon, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Duties:

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system

- Manage inquiries from customers and direct them to the appropriate personnel

- Perform clerical duties such as filing, and data entry, updating records, and logging transactions

  • Tending to customer needs, inquiries, and complaints

  • Informing technicians about customer appointments and requirements

  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area

  • Processing transactions and issuing receipts

  • Ensuring that the reception and waiting areas are kept clean and professional

  • Processing bookings and cancellations, and managing appointment schedules

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

  • Proficient in administrative computer software

  • A minimum of 1-year experience as a receptionist

  • The ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations

  • Consistent professional presentation and pleasant demeanor

  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
