Front Desk Receptionist – Denture Clinic (Full-Time)

Location: Abbotsford, BC

We are a patient-focused denture clinic looking for an experienced, friendly, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. If you take pride in excellent service, enjoy working independently, and love building positive relationships with patients—especially seniors—this role may be a perfect fit.

- About the Role

As the first point of contact in our clinic, you will play a key role in ensuring every patient feels welcomed, supported, and cared for. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organized, and able to manage a variety of administrative tasks with professionalism and kindness.

- Responsibilities

  • Greet patients with warmth and provide outstanding front-desk support
  • Manage all patient scheduling and appointment coordination
  • Handle insurance billing, pre-authorizations, and accounts receivable
  • Maintain accurate and detailed data entry and patient records
  • Communicate clearly with patients, dental professionals, and lab staff
  • Manage phone, email, and in-person inquiries
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed

- Requirements

  • 3+ years of front-desk or administrative experience (health-care or dental setting preferred)
  • Experience with DomX software is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Patient, compassionate, and comfortable working with seniors
  • A positive, enthusiastic, people-oriented approach
