Job Description: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing confidential secretarial and administrative support within the Administrative Office at Saskatoon Convalescent Home.  The incumbent plays a vital role in maintaining the professional image of the Home by communicating effectively within the organization by performing receptionist duties and is accountable for the efficient operation of the business office including accounts receivable, reception, payroll, answering telephones and general clerical duties.  At times may assist with accounts payable or other duties as assigned.  The Administrative Assistant will manage sensitive and confidential material, therefore must exhibit sound and accurate judgement

Education

  • A certificate or diploma from an accredited business college.

Experience

  • Experience with Traverse and MyConnection will be considered an asset

Knowledge and Abilities

  • Knowledge of MSOFFICE (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
