Role Description
Join our team as an Admin Assistant and be the backbone of our fast-paced and dynamic workplace We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual who is passionate about providing exceptional administrative support.
As an Admin Assistant, you will handle a variety of tasks such as basic accounting, scheduling and confirming appointments, and data entry. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently.
We are looking for someone who is a master multitasker and can handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy interacting with people, and have excellent organizational and time management skills, this job is perfect for you
What we are looking for:
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
- Provide excellent customer service by answering customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Scheduling and confirming appointments with customers
- Providing general administrative support to the team, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents
- Conducting data entry and maintaining databases with accurate and up-to-date information
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient communication
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or related field
