Summary

The Parkside Spa is currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the positions of Spa Administrator. Our beautiful boutique style spa is located within The Parkside Hotel and offers a full range of services. Our team members are a fun and inclusive collection of individuals who thrive in a creative and energetic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary service to our guests and our team
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all services, products, and facilities as well as those of our competitors
  • Actively represent and promote the spa, our treatments, retail products and promotions and lead team members in doing so
  • Train, coach, and coordinate the spa's front desk team, ensuring adherence to spa policy and procedure
  • Maximize revenue through a variety of activities, including strategic booking, upselling, and client retention initiatives
  • Work with the Spa Manager on events and promotions as well as helping with payroll and other administration duties as needed

What else we need from you:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the spa or hospitality industry or something comparable.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Flexible schedule with weekend availability

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
