**About the job.**

**This Position** is an independent, collaborative, and trusted role, responsible for the Spa in the absence of the Spa Manager and Supervisors. This is the position where all information and all people flow to and from concerning logístical operations (opening, closing, cleanliness, greeting and orienting guests) of the Spa. This role ensures that business is smooth, mindful, friendly, graceful and that the Spa is pristine, flowing with good energy.

- Excellent + resourceful decision-making skills paired with a love of checking in on the little things that you know make the difference
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and previous experience with booking software an asset
- Minimum 1 year experience in a reception, customer services, office administration or sales position preferred
- Availability to work 12-16 hours per week

**What you'll be doing.**
- Create, manage and complete treatment bookings through Vagaro
- Welcome guests and provide courteous, professional service throughout treatment and check-outs
- Advise clients and suggest treatments and products related to their individual needs
- Coordinate and review the scheduling of appointments to ensure bookings are streamlined effectively
- Handle phone system operations gracefully and effectively for inquiries and reservations
- Follow established invoicing, cash-handling, and cash-out procedures; meets monthly sales targets
- Complete spa opening and closing duties (administrative and otherwise)
- Recommend spa products and follow product management procedures for receiving and stocking
- Manage guest concerns and feedback
