**About the job.**

This position serves as the Spa's point person, providing logístical support in the absence of the Spa Manager and Supervisors. As a key collaborator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth Spa operations, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and greeting and orienting guests. Your attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and ability to manage multiple tasks will be critical in delivering a pristine and energized Spa experience.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and prior experience with booking software is an asset
- Preferred minimum of 1 year of experience in a reception, customer service, office administration, or sales position
- Open and flexible availability, including weekends, is required for this role.

**What you'll be doing.**
- Efficiently book, modify, and cancel spa appointments using Vagaro software
- Create a welcoming environment for guests, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations for treatments and products based on individual client needs
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and ensure bookings are organized and efficient
- Answer phones promptly and professionally, assisting with inquiries and reservations
- Follow established procedures for invoicing, cash handling, and cash-out, meeting monthly sales targets
- Perform opening and closing duties for the spa, including administrative tasks
- Recommend spa products and maintain stock levels, following established product management procedures
- Respond to and resolve guest concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner
