Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Spa Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our luxury spa. This role is responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing appointments, and ensuring a seamless spa experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for wellness, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in, check-out, and service inquiries.
  • Schedule and manage spa appointments, ensuring efficient booking and staff coordination.
  • Provide detailed information about spa treatments, packages, and promotions.
  • Handle guest concerns or requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Process payments, maintain accurate records, and manage daily cash handling.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and relaxing spa environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels for spa products and assist with ordering supplies.
  • Collaborate with spa therapists and hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Uphold spa policies, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including promoting spa services and special offers.

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Previous experience in a spa, salon, hospitality, or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in appointment scheduling systems and basic administrative tasks.
  • Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness services is an asset.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
