Our client is looking for their Director of Sales to play a key leadership role in the company. If you're passionate about Residential Sales and have excellent Broker relationships and understanding of investor sales both domestically and internationally the read on. 

Responsibilities

Reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing, you will be leading all sales initiatives and setting sales strategy and direct the team by implementing metrics and training/supporting the staff and brokers teams. You will support and coach the project sales team on every launch and project and direct the administrative support team to efficiently monitor all sales paperwork and contracts.
