Our client is hiring a Full-Time Senior Director of Sales & Marketing focusing on
The Senior Director is responsible for designing and executing robust sales and marketing strategies that will increase member engagement, and financial and insurance product sales across Canada.
Through strategic planning, digital analytics, developing and executing sales and marketing activities, the Senior Director will focus on coaching the Marketing & Sales team on best practices and financial and insurance product such as advance insurance, investment and retirement concepts to build and expand our client's brand, products, services, partners, and operational capabilities.
How You Will Make a Difference
- Analyze and assign annual sales & marketing goals and revenue targets through reviewing all digital analytics on premium trends by product, ensuring product performance is optimal.
- Oversee management through business plans that guide industry events, outreach/campaign initiatives in collaboration with your team and direct reports. This role has oversight of all strategic business plans and business development & marketing strategy.
- Design and present product knowledge training to your team about industry specific concept such as group, individual, living benefits, retirement and pension.
- Establish and oversee member retention strategies through Marketing.
- Establish new internal and external partner relationships to advance Marketing & Sales opportunities. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including other key management personnel to build and drive awareness of all products and services to drive traffic.
- Work closely with strategic business partners and key internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities to increase traffic & member engagement.
