Key ResponsibilitiesInvestment Intelligence & Financial Analysis

• Lead financial modelling for mixed-use, residential, office-to-residential, and transit-oriented developments.
• Build investment frameworks powered by UnlockLand's AI to evaluate density potential, development scenarios, and project feasibility in minutes.
• Guide ROI assessments, cap rate projections, operating assumptions, and long-term value forecasts for large portfolios and multi-site opportunities.
• Produce financial narratives that support decision-making for ministries, developers, and institutional investors.

Urban & Government Development Strategy

• Collaborate with ministries, municipalities, and planning authorities to model national-scale housing pipelines, smart city strategies, and redevelopment mandates.
• Evaluate city-wide conversion opportunities, zoning overlays, buildout potential, and policy-driven development incentives.
• Support strategic planning for megaprojects and government-led real estate initiatives across MENA and North America.

AI-Powered Market & Spatial Intelligence

• Lead adoption of UnlockLand's geospatial analytics and predictive modelling tools across client teams.
• Translate AI-driven insights into actionable recommendations for density optimization, product mix, and land-use strategy.
• Oversee creation of market intelligence reports, location scoring models, and supply-demand analyses.

Client Advisory & Executive Leadership

• Act as a strategic advisor to developers, ministries, and REITs, shaping major decisions around land acquisition, redevelopment, and investment pipelines.
• Build and present executive-level investment proposals, feasibility studies, and portfolio recommendations.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to refine algorithms and analytics based on real-world investment frameworks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Support monetization and pricing of new AI modules related to feasibility, conversions, zoning, and spatial intelligence.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development on evaluation of strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and large-scale portfolio opportunities.
• Work with Regional VPs to align investment intelligence with market expansion strategies.

Ideal Profile

You are a real estate investment leader with strong financial expertise and a passion for using technology to transform urban development. You can manage high-complexity analyses while communicating with clarity to senior government and enterprise stakeholders.

You bring:

• 8–15+ years in real estate development, investment analysis, PropTech, consulting, or urban economics.
• Deep expertise in feasibility analysis, pro forma modelling, underwriting, and development strategy.
• Strong understanding of zoning, land-use policy, and city planning frameworks.
• Experience working with large developers, REITs, master planners, or public-sector development authorities.
• Ability to simplify complex data into compelling, executive-ready recommendations.
• Passion for AI, urban innovation, and shaping real estate at city and regional scale.
