ey ResponsibilitiesCorporate Development & Growth Strategy
- Lead UnlockLand's corporate development roadmap, including partnerships, strategic alliances, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Evaluate expansion opportunities across markets, sectors, and regulatory environments.
- Develop financial frameworks to assess new AI modules, government programs, and enterprise use cases.
Investment Planning & Financial Modelling
- Build detailed investment models for multi-city deployments, major development initiatives, and national-scale transformation projects.
- Guide ROI analysis for new products, markets, and long-term platform investments.
- Support fundraising efforts by preparing financial narratives, investor materials, and data-driven projections.
Partnership Evaluation & Due Diligence
- Lead due diligence for strategic partnerships with developers, ministries, urban planning authorities, and major institutional clients.
- Assess financial, technical, and operational feasibility for large-scale real estate intelligence programs.
- Structure and negotiate partnership frameworks, including commercial terms and investment structures.
Market Intelligence & Expansion Strategy
- Track market trends in AI, PropTech, urban development, and real estate capital markets to inform company strategy.
- Identify high-value market entry opportunities aligned with UnlockLand's global expansion vision.
- Collaborate with Regional VPs to tailor investment and deployment strategies for diverse regions (MENA, North America, Asia-Pacific).
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Leadership to align corporate strategy with product innovation.
- Develop scalable decision frameworks for executives on prioritizing markets, features, and opportunities.
- Translate complex financial and market data into clear, compelling recommendations.
Ideal Profile
You are a strategic finance and corporate development leader who thrives at the intersection of AI, real estate, and global expansion. You are comfortable operating in fast-growing environments and making high-stakes decisions with incomplete information.
You bring:
- 7–12+ years in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, or PropTech/real estate investment.
- Strong experience evaluating acquisitions, partnerships, or large-scale capital deployment.
- Advanced financial modelling skills, including scenario modelling for complex, multi-layered deals.
- Experience working with government stakeholders, developers, or large enterprise clients (major plus).
- Ability to lead negotiations, build executive-level presentations, and influence key decision-makers.
- A passion for AI, urban development, and building technology that operates at the scale of cities.
