We're expanding our winter operations and looking for skilled Heavy Equipment

Operators who bring precision, care, and commitment to every shift.

What You'll Do

  • Operate loaders, skid steers, and backhoes for snow removal operations.
  • Maintain parking lots, access roads, loading and pedestrian areas to ensure
  • safe, accessible conditions.
  • Relocate or pile snow in designated areas as directed.
  • Apply salt or de-icing materials where required.
  • Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
  • Coordinate with dispatch and site supervisors for efficient execution of site plans.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience operating heavy equipment (construction or snow removal).
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and situational awareness.
  • Availability for overnight, early morning, and on-call shifts depending on weather
  • events.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work well independently or as part of a team.
