We're expanding our winter operations and looking for skilled Heavy Equipment

Operators who bring precision, care, and commitment to every shift.

What You'll Do

  • Operate loaders, skid steers, and backhoes for snow removal operations.
  • Maintain parking lots, access roads, loading and pedestrian areas to ensure safe, accessible conditions.
  • Relocate or pile snow in designated areas as directed.
  • Apply salt or de-icing materials where required.
  • Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
  • Coordinate with dispatch and site supervisors for efficient execution of site plans.

What We're Looking For

Experience operating heavy equipment (construction or snow removal).

Strong understanding of safety protocols and situational awareness.

Availability for overnight, early morning, and on-call shifts depending on weather

events.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work well independently or as part of a team.
