We're now looking to grow our team with a motivated and skilled Snow Removal Equipment Operator who can help us continue delivering high-quality work across a range of projects in snow removal.

As a Snow Removal Equipment Operator at Futurescape, you'll be part of a supportive, hands-on team that values hard work, attention to detail, customer service and pride in a job well done. Your skills will help ensure our high standards are met ,safely and efficiently.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Operate large construction equipment, including but limited to, backhoes, loaders, mini-excavators, other small equipment.
  • Support snow removal operations in the winter using appropriate equipment (e.g. loaders, plows).
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure safe operation.
  • Follow all health & safety procedures, report any hazards, and ensure compliance with OHSA standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changing site needs, weather, and project priorities.

What we're looking for:

  • Skilled operator with hands-on experience using large equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of job site safety practices and a commitment to working safely.
  • Physically fit, with the ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
