We are hiring dependable snow shovelers to support winter operations across the Halton Region. This is a seasonal position ideal for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and ready to respond during snow events.

You'll be working alongside a dependable crew of winter warriors to help keep our clients' sites safe, clear, and fully operational—no matter what Mother Nature throws our way. From flurries to full-blown blizzards, we tackle it all with grit and teamwork. If you're ready to suit up, shovel out, and make a real impact this winter, we've got a spot for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manually remove snow from walkways, driveways, entrances, and other pedestrian areas
  • Apply salt or de-icing materials as directed
  • Respond promptly to dispatch calls during snow events
  • Work safely and efficiently in cold, snowy conditions

Requirements:

  • Previous snow removal experience is an asset
  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation to assigned routes in the Halton Region
  • Physically fit and able to lift, shovel, and carry materials for extended periods

Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly wage
  • Stand-by pay available for on-call readiness
