About the Role:

The Winnipeg Kinsmen are looking for a passionate Brand & Community Engagement Coordinator to help promote our events, connect with the community, and strengthen our brand. This hands-on role blends marketing, community outreach, and event support to make a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do:

· Develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media, digital, and print channels.

· Manage social media accounts, create content, and track engagement.

· Compile monthly marketing reports summarizing reach and campaign results.

· Represent the Winnipeg Kinsmen at community events.

· Build and maintain relationships with community groups, nonprofits, and stakeholders.

· Capture photo/video content at major events for storytelling and future campaigns.

· Maintain and update the website, including featured charity partners.

· Organize volunteer initiatives and support outreach programs.

· Help plan and execute signature events, such as Kinsmen Jackpot Bingo and community drives.

· Support consistent brand messaging across all platforms and materials.

· Work with the KJB and KCOW executive to establish marketing strategies that align with the organization's priorities.

· Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

· Strong communication and marketing skills.

· Experience with social media management and content creation. Minimum of one year.

· Ability to build relationships and engage with diverse communities.

· Creativity in storytelling through photography, video, and written content.

· Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
