Position Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Biometric Clerk to join our on-site security services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing client verification and biometric enrollment, including fingerprint and facial recognition processes. This position is ideal for individuals who value precision, client service, and maintaining secure and compliant verification practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client identity verification through biometric data collection (online fingerprinting and facial recognition).
- Accurately compare and validate client information against provided identification documents and databases.
- Manage and maintain secure client records and documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients during the verification and enrollment process.
- Explain verification procedures clearly and professionally to clients.
- Ensure all biometric and verification equipment is used correctly and maintained according to company procedures.
- Identify and report discrepancies or concerns in client data.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all privacy, security, and data protection standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with industry best practices.
Qualifications Required:
- Experience in customer service and computer-literate.
- An understanding of biometric data collection processes, including online fingerprinting and facial recognition.
- Experience working with the RCMP or police company is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and record management systems.
- Ability to work in a professional, confidential, and secure environment. Preferred:
- Prior fingerprinting experience or certification.
- Bilingual (English/French or English plus another language).
- Previous experience in security services, compliance, or law enforcement environments is preferred.

Work Schedule
- Full-time, on-site position (approximately 40 hours per week)
- Monday to Friday (some flexibility may be required based on operational needs)
