Seeking a full-time Real Estate Law Clerk for a Real Estate & Commercial/Corporate Lawyer.

Seeking a candidate that has the following experience:

  • The Conveyancer/Unity/LCS/LDD;
  • PC Law;
  • Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook;
  • Experience with Teraview; and
  • Knowledge and understanding of real estate transactions and basic accounting.
  • Microsoft Teams/Slack.

In addition to Real Estate files, the candidate will occasionally work on Commercial transactions and other types of law files in conjunction with a Lawyer.

The candidate will work within a larger team of clerks and lawyers and must be able to track dates and tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
