Schedule: Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role:
We are hiring multiple Office Clerks to support our Account Transfers Investigations team. In this role, you will review transfer requests, communicate with external financial institutions, and ensure timely issue resolution in a fast-paced operations environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review approximately 60–70 daily account transfer requests
- Communicate with external institutions via phone and email for status updates
- Identify and resolve transfer discrepancies and delays
- Maintain accurate documentation and tracking
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a structured team
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree OR High school diploma with 2+ years related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Account transfer operations
- Financial institution or call centre background
- Bilingual French/English
