10 units to 100+ units
(single projects up to

ARTA operates a
showroom in Ottawa
and supplies materials
with or without installation
, offering builders a
single-source solution
with highly competitive pricing.

What You Will Sell

High-value, bundled finishing materials for
multi-unit residential projects
, including:

  • Imported
    kitchen cabinets
  • Vanities
  • Closets & wardrobes
  • Flooring (LVP, laminate, tile)
  • Interior & exterior doors
  • Countertops
  • Hardware
  • Faucets, tubs, bathroom accessories
  • Shower curtains & rods
  • Full per-unit finishing packages

Deal sizes:

  • Small: ~$20,000
  • Typical: $70,000 – $100,000
  • Large: $200,000 – $1,000,000+

Your Role

This is a
pure commission, high-autonomy sales role
focused on closing
real construction deals
, not retail transactions.

You will:

  • Prospect and generate your own leads (guidelines & positioning support provided)
  • Build relationships with builders, developers, and contractors
  • Visit client offices and project sites when required
  • Transportation covered by the company for travel over 50 km
  • Present ARTA's finishing solutions and pricing advantages
  • Close deals independently and manage repeat accounts
  • Use your own CRM system to manage pipeline and follow-ups

Commission & Earnings (Very Clear)

  • Commission:
    5% – 7% of gross sale
  • No commission cap
  • Recurring commission
    on repeat clients

Typical commissions per deal:

  • Small deal: ~$1,000
  • Medium deal: $4,000 – $7,000
  • Large deal: Up to
    $70,000 per deal

Payment structure:

  • 50% of commission paid upon client deposit
  • 50% paid after final payment is received

This role is designed for professionals who want
uncapped income tied directly to deal size
, not hours worked.

Who We Are Looking For

Minimum requirements:

  • 2+ years sales experience
  • B2B or B2C sales background
  • Comfortable with commission-only compensation
  • Able to self-manage pipeline and CRM

  • Builder or developer relationships
  • Finishing materials experience
  • Construction or real estate background

This role is
not suitable
for entry-level or salary-dependent candidates.
