This is intended to be an mid-level position. Prior experience in a medical office setting is appreciated but is not required. We will provide training. We're looking for candidates who are adaptable, friendly and enjoy working in a busy clinic where there's often a lot going on at once.

Our intended hours for this position is 9:00AM to 5:00PM, with a paid one-hour lunch.

We are looking for a candidate looking to work five full days per week - Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients, check them in for their appointments, and escort them to and from their examination rooms.
  • Cleaning the examination room between patients, assisting with instrument and equipment setup for the next procedure or patient.
  • Instrument cleaning and sterilization (training provided.)
  • Filing patient records in our Electronic Medical Records program.
  • Answering and making phone calls.

  • Friendly and welcoming to patients - able to quickly build a trustful relationship with patients and encourage them to be at ease when in the clinic.
  • Excels at a fast pace - much like a restaurant, there is a lot happening at every moment of the day. You're a quick study and can keep all the tasks straight and underway through the day.
