Spergel has been helping Canadians for over 35 years and is one of the most established and trusted firms in the debt relief space. We are currently looking for confident, professional Inbound Call Centre Representatives to join our growing team.

This role is 100% inbound - no cold calling, no prospecting, and no door-to-door sales. You'll be speaking with individuals who have already requested information and are actively looking for help.

If you're comfortable on the phone, good at explaining solutions, and want a meaningful role where your work genuinely helps people, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handle inbound calls only from individuals who have requested information
  • Conduct structured conversations to understand each caller's financial situation
  • Clearly explain available debt relief options (training provided)
  • Build trust and guide clients through next steps in the process
  • Accurately document calls and client details in the CRM
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Confidence speaking with people over the phone
  • Ability to follow a structured call flow while staying natural and empathetic
  • Comfortable discussing sensitive financial topics in a professional manner
  • Sales, call centre, or customer service experience is an asset (not required)
  • Motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
